Summer, 2006 - Driving Is Fun!

I added more new places this summer than during any summer in the past. There are lots of good memories and the adventure continues. Thanks to all those who came to my shows and made them such a success.

Geneva Glen Camp in Colorado on the 4th of July. These are some of the women counselors. Geneva Glen is a kids' camp, but they had me come out as a surprise, complete with dancing Honeys. Yikes, maybe I am a rock star!

At the world famous Bucksnort Saloon, in Colorado during a crazy Saturday night. Notice the people behind me in the windows, out on the deck by Elk Creek. Seats inside are in short supply on summer Saturday nights at the Bucksnort.

On Marco Island, Florida in August. I can't wait to go back!

In August, Channel 9 News in Denver featured the Bald Guys song on their morning show. Greg Moss, one of their anchors, adopted it as his theme song. They asked me to come and play for Greg's going away party at 8 AM one morning in the 9 News "Back Yard."
(Hopefully, his leaving didn't have anything to do with that song!)
Then they took me on a tour of the station, where I got to play Pretend Anchorman.

I played for the 80th Anniversary of Echo Lake Lodge, a beautiful place at 10,500 feet in the Colorado rockies. This was the highest altitude show I've ever done, and I did "The Auctioneer" and "Talk Backwards" just to show I have enough hot air to do it.

And now, I saved the best for last - pictures of my little grandson Aaron, the coolest baby ever.
