Celebrating 50 Years Of Performing
Wayne
started this whole, epic adventure way
back in 1975, right after he graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha,
Wisconsin.
Since then he's done over 7000 shows, in
42 states, Mexico, England, Scotland, and Holland.
And now he's
coming back to Chicagoland, where it all began, for ONE NIGHT ONLY.
This is bound to be his best show yet, with people in the audience that saw
him WAY back when, along with their kids, and dare we say it, grandkids,
along with lots more fans that Wayne picked up doing his 50 years of shows.
He'll be performing songs and material from the old, old days, the middle
days, and, since he makes things up on the spot, songs from RIGHT NOW!
So expect a
night of nostalgia, improvisation, very special guests, and lots of Wayne's
funny songs like
"Bald Guys," "Save the Beer," "I'm Schizophrenic," and more.
There will also be a healthy dose
of Wayne's sentimental ballads - songs like
"Norwood Park," "Sailing Home,"
"A Sky Of Cubbie Blue," "Pretty Song For A Pretty Lady," and more.
In any event, IT'S GOING TO BE A BLAST!

NOTE!
Wayne used to do these shows every November, but lately he's been
spacing them out, so this might be the last Chicagoland show until...well...
who knows? But he does turn 75 in a few years, so maybe another one then????

Note last minute venue change!
There was a mixup beyond our control at the Des
Plaines Elks, and we lost out to a military banquet. But luckily, Wayne's good
friends Roger and Lisa are members of the Moose Lodge in Mount Prospect, so the
show will now be there on the same day and at the same time.
It will be Moose instead of Elk!

SPECIAL NOTE!!
We were lucky to get this room only a week before the concert, but it's
quite a bit smaller than the Elk's Lodge. That means there will be just a few
walk-in seats available. We're already close to capacity from tickets already
sold online, so if you are planning to come to the show, you should get your
tickets now. Only 25 more advance tickets will be sold, and when those are gone,
we're sold out.
Also, there will be no food served at
the Moose Lodge, and seating will be theater style (no tables), the way it was
in the old days at Rob Roy Country Club. This should make for a really nice,
intimate and fun show.
You can bring in your own snacks or sandwiches, etc., but there will be no
tables to eat them on.

There will be a full cash bar.
If
you are going to see one Wayne Faust Show EVER, this is the

This
will be a NO-SMOKING show, meaning you can't smoke in the hall.
But there's access to an outdoor patio.
Seating is not reserved, but is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
However, buying a ticket guarantees you a seat to the show. All
seats have a good view of the stage.
