The Wayne Faust Show Schedule Update  8/28/08 <hr> One More Faust & Lewis Show Added! Faust & Lewis are down to the last five shows of their Big Reunion Summer. They've added one more show for this Monday, Labor Day from 3 until 7 PM. For anyone in the area, this would be a great way to usher out summer in style, so make those ferry boat reservations today! And in answer to so many people who have asked if Faust & Lewis are going to do this again next year, the answer is... YES! Rusty and Wayne had such a good time working together again at the Bay, that when the management asked them to come back again next year they decided to go for it. The dates follow below: <hr> A note from Wayne...     Well, I'm down to the end of my busiest summer touring season ever. I've done 65 shows this summer, with 5 more to go. My vocal cords have mostly held up, and I've really enjoyed playing for and meeting so many people. I will have a lot of pictures up on my website soon. I've already booked my dates for next summer back at the Ozarks, and am excited that the Faust & Lewis Show will also be back next year. So it looks like it's going to be another busy summer. I plan to stay home for most of the rest of the year, and into the spring, so there won't be as much traveling as in the past few years. I will be taking a lot of time off this fall to work on writing and recording. There are even rumors of the first new Faust & Lewis album in eight years, but that's still in the planning stages. And my wife and I are planning to visit our two little grandbabies! The Wayne Faust Show   Schedule Update  8/8/08   Well, my long summer of traveling is winding down, and I'm on the home stretch. I've really enjoyed being out here performing for so many people. After a seven year hiatus, Rusty and I seemed to pick up right where we left off for the Faust & Lewis Reunion in Put-In-Bay. We even have some new original songs already. Everyone at the shows has been asking us if we'll do this again and all we can say is, "We haven't thought that far ahead yet." I guess that qualifies as a politician's phrase "No comment." We'll see! But it's been a blast. We have one more two week stretch there, starting on August 18th, and going through August 31st (Sunday of Labor Day Weekend.) And then it's home to Colorado for me! The shows in Lake Ozark have been going remarkably well. Shady Gator's is turning out to be THE place to be in the Ozarks and the crowds keep getting better all the time. I've only got 7 more shows there, going through Saturday, August 16th, so try to get down there and see the show before I'm done there for the summer! NOTE: I'm gathering pictures from the summer tour to put up on the website in the fall.
